Álvaro is a Policy Manager for our Space & Policy practice. Prior to joining Access Partnership, he worked in the public sector in Argentina, both at the sub-national and federal levels.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a Master’s degree in Global Markets, Local Creativities with an orientation in Development from the University of Glasgow, Universitat de Barcelona & Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Álvaro works in English and Spanish.
