Bhredipta is Policy Manager in the Global Government Advisory department. In this role, he supports government bodies in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies and regulatory frameworks, covering areas from infrastructure to data governance.

Previously, Bhredipta served as a speechwriter for the Minister and Vice Minister of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia. He provided strategic and technical counsel on digital policy, personal data protection, digital safety, and AI governance. He contributed to the development of national strategies for the telecommunications sector, participated in high-level international engagements, such as the UK AI Safety Summit and UNESCO’s Global Forum on the Ethics of AI, and G20 Digital Economy Working Group.

Bhredipta began his legal career at a leading Jakarta-based law firm, advising clients on regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and telecommunications matters. His previous work includes advisory, legal enforcement, and litigation.

He is a certified information privacy professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from International Association of Privacy Professional and holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from Universitas Gadjah Mada. Bhredipta is a licensed Indonesian attorney with nearly a decade of experience spanning government, regulatory development, stakeholder management, and crisis communications.
