Brent Knevett provides consultancy services to technology companies to assist them in understanding government policy in Australia and developing business strategies to secure new commercial projects, particularly in the public sector.

Working across Australia’s national and state governments, Brent’s clients have included DXC Technology, Sutherland Global Services, Medimpact International, Netsweeper, Hitachi, PBT Group, Ramco Systems and Pulsara.

Brent also serves as the local director in Australia for several international companies, including Accumed, Ray Business, Hamilton Barnes, and BLR World.

A government relations specialist, Brent previously spent 15 years with the Australian diplomatic service, with assignments in Caracas, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, and Madrid. He then worked as a senior political lobbyist in Canberra, assisting the senior management of leading Australian and international companies, including Accenture, Virgin Australia, Macquarie Group, and General Dynamics.

Brent has an Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Tasmania, a Master of Business Administration from the Queensland University of Technology, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
