Before joining Access Partnership, she spearheaded the Talent Acquisition division at Sheffield Haworth, focusing on strategic hiring initiatives to globally attract and retain top talent. With a background in Executive Search, Diane has successfully identified, attracted, and maintained talent across a wide range of industries. She is CIPD qualified and earned her MA in Publishing and Creative Writing from Kingston University.
