Meet Duong

Duong Anh Do is an Analyst in the Geopolitical Advisory and Policy Advocacy team at Access Partnership, based in our Hanoi office. She specialises in government relations and public policy, focusing on healthcare, digital transformation, data protection, and sustainability.

At Access Partnership, Duong delivers strategic policy analysis and actionable insights that help clients navigate Vietnam’s complex regulatory landscape, especially in health regulations, data protection laws, licensing processes for tech businesses, e-commerce compliance, and green transition policies. In government affairs, she supports clients by mapping key government and third-party stakeholders, crafting engagement strategies, and facilitating effective dialogue to overcome regulatory challenges and advance business objectives.

Before joining Access Partnership, Duong interned at the National Innovation Center (NIC), where she contributed to programmes promoting business innovation and digital economy development. She also interned at the Vietnamese Consulate General in China, supporting diplomatic and economic cooperation efforts. In 2022, Duong received the Most Valuable Project Award at the Youth Innovation Competition on Global Governance (YICGG), hosted by the School of International Relations and Public Affairs at Fudan University and supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam. Duong has also been honoured with several short-term scholarships, including participation in the Future Leaders Assembly Indonesia 2025 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2024 Forum in Bangkok, granted by HISA, a public policy research institute.
