Evan is a Director at Access Partnership. He advises clients on global trade, supply chain, and regulatory policy issues, including on trade agreements and negotiations, multilateral engagements, human rights and labour issues, and geopolitical risks. He has experience supporting clients in sectors ranging from consumer goods to energy and financial services, helping to shape both internal corporate policies with C-suite executives and externally with global policymakers. Evan previously served as associate director at C&M International, a global government affairs and public policy firm.

Prior to his roles in the private sector, Evan worked with the U.S. Trade Representative in the Office of China Affairs and the Office of the General Counsel. He holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in literature and international studies from Yale University.
