Meet Fedina

Fedina is a Director at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Jakarta office. She leads public policy programmes in Indonesia, specialising in energy transition, sustainability, finance, and tech, with an in-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s political economy. With over a decade of experience, Fedina plays a key role in advising clients on developing key initiatives and building strategic partnerships at the national and local levels. One of the key initiatives she led was the analysis of policy frameworks for early coal retirement for a pre-feasibility study by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Fedina also holds a position on the Board of Governors at the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Indonesia for the 2024-2025 term.

Fedina started her career at Indonesia’s leading English-language circular, The Jakarta Post, where she served as Editor at the Business Desk with a focus on the extractives and power sectors. In her previous position as a field journalist, she was also most recently stationed at the Presidential Palace to cover key economic developments, and has also written on other topics such as crime, education, and politics in Indonesia.

Fedina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, specialising in the Asia Pacific, from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Japan.
