Gayathri is a Policy Manager who forms part of our Economics Strategy team. She is a technology and innovation policy specialist who works at the intersection of digital technologies and society. Gayathri has experience in advising governments and corporations on policy and strategy during times of intense change and uncertainty.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Gayathri was a Research Fellow at the Lee Kuan Yew Centre for Innovative Cities, where her research portfolio spanned digital inclusion, smart cities, future of work, and digital societies. Using a mixed-methods approach and drawing from multiple disciplines, she investigates the complex social and cultural issues that arise when societies and individuals deeply engage with data-centric digital technologies for informing management and innovation practices.
Gayathri holds a PhD in Public Policy from Nanyang Technological University and a Master’s degree in the Sociology of Science from the London School of Economics.
