Gordon is a four-time CEO with over 20 years’ experience leading private equity-backed businesses in the professional services sector. At Access Partnership, Gordon brings deep strategic experience and a long-standing focus on delivering value for clients across sectors. His leadership puts exceptional client service at the heart of every decision, with the belief that a focus on client needs produces the best results and strongest relationships.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Gordon served as CEO of Lansons, where he oversaw two record years from the firm’s 35-year history. He previously led Blue Rubicon and Teneo UK, during which time both firms developed significantly in both size and impact: Blue Rubicon grew in size by a factor of 10, and Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business expanded its portfolio to a then-record level.

In addition to his executive work, Gordon has served as a Trustee for the UK’s National Emergencies Trust and was previously Chair of The Rainbow Trust.
