Helen has spent more than 35 years in IT services organisations and 30 years involved in learning in one form or another. She has worked in a plethora of learning roles, both with IT training suppliers and internal learning organisations, leading teams at national and global levels. She has designed and delivered multiple memorable online and face-to-face learning programs, implemented and managed learning platforms, and managed many training vendor partnerships.

Her personal passions include Harlequins Rugby club and being a Patron of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
