Jip Jung is a Senior Adviser at Access Partnership. He brings a uniquely diverse career background shaped by his extensive experience across a global automaker, the Korean government, and journalism.

Jip is a seasoned expert in global trade and government affairs, with extensive experience in policy, diplomacy, and media. As Director in Hyundai Motor Company’s External Affairs Division, he shaped global government relations and led responses to major trade policies, including the Korea-US FTA and USMCA. Previously, he was Deputy Director at Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, negotiating FTAs with ASEAN, the EU, and others. His background also includes journalism as a TV reporter and service as an Air Force instructor. Jip holds a BA in Economics from Virginia Tech and an MA in Economics from NYU.
