Juan leads Access Partnership’s Space and Connectivity practice, a team of experts covering all government and regulatory affairs in the fields of the new space economy, satellite communications, and the impact that new digital technologies have in the way we connect to the internet.

Juan defines and executes the engagement strategy with governments at the national, regional, and international levels in the fields of Space and Connectivity and runs global campaigns, representing clients at multilateral organisations such as the United Nations, the European Union, The Organization of American States and others, speaking at regional conferences and advocating on public policy and regulatory issues. He is regularly interviewed by news outlets and national media.

Juan is a specialist in political affairs and negotiations, and before joining Access Partnership he drafted and negotiated public policy and legislation at the local and national levels in Argentina. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and another in Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge.
