Meet Wan Ling

Wan Ling is a Senior Manager for the Economics Strategy team. Her expertise is in government relations and policy advisory, with a focus on ASEAN. Since joining Access Partnership, she has led a range of projects centred around the impact of technology on economic development and sustainable infrastructure, working with key clients such as the Asian Development Bank and ASEAN Secretariat.

Wan Ling has extensive experience in the Singapore public sector, spanning international relations, economic diplomacy, investment advisory and policy making. Serving in various capacities at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Enterprise Singapore (a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry), she participated in negotiations for international projects and agreements; and engaged a range of stakeholders, including local and regional government agencies, multilateral organisations, business associations, and corporate firms.

Before joining Access Partnership, Wan Ling was with the Singapore Ministry of Transport, where she was actively involved in the Government’s COVID-19 response. Specifically, she focused on economic relief measures and manpower issues in the air transport sector, including the structuring and implementation of various COVID-19-related support schemes for the aviation industry.

Wan Ling graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) specialising in Finance.
