Li Xing is a Policy Analyst in the Global Government Advisory practice. She has worked on multi-stakeholder USAID- and ASEAN-focused engagements, including the USAID project developing the ASEAN Responsible AI Roadmap, ASEAN-AU Digital Trade Standards Initiative, and ASEAN Smart Cities Investment Toolkit. Her expertise spans AI, cross-border data flows, digital trade standards, and smart cities financing.

Li Xing previously served as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Singapore, managing the multilateral portfolio covering APEC, WIPO, WTO, and Multilateral Development Banks.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) with Distinction from the National University of Singapore.
