Marcelo is a civil electrical engineer with 20 years of experience in the telecommunications market, including the private sector of technology marketing companies, telecommunications operators, and manufacturers of world-renowned technology equipment. He has led the incorporation and growth of various brands in the market and the deployment of different technologies in Chile to keep it at the forefront of technology in the region, leading multidisciplinary and multicultural work teams.

In the public sector, he worked for seven years at the telecommunications regulator SUBTEL as a technology and telecommunications advisor, later serving as Head of the Technical Regulation Department. In this role, he actively participated in the development of relevant regulations for the country. In 2018, he joined Kefhe Consultores, to contribute his experience in the regulation and adoption of technology.
