Mike is a seasoned executive with 30+ years of experience in digital transformation and market growth strategies with leading technology multinationals. Mike is the former Managing Director and Legal Representative for DXC Technology in Greater China region, and before that he was the global Vice President, Country Head and legal Rep for Infosys in Greater China region.

Mike’s core competence is Go to Market strategy, Digital, and Corporate Governance which makes him uniquely fit the growth agenda of those MNCs to China, and Chinese companies going global. Mike’s geo experience spans across Greater China, US, Singapore, and India. Mike has been closely working with the Government, and business sectors to provide advisory service on economic, tech, trade, and regulatory policies and implications.

Mike completed the executive education at Stanford University, and holds an MBA from University of Miami in Florida and a bachelor’s degree in CIS from Renmin University in Beijing.
