Natcha is a Policy Manager in the Market Access team. Prior to joining Access Partnership, Natcha was a senior spectrum engineer at a broadcasting and telecommunications regulator. She has a strong background in spectrum management, telecommunications, and public policies.

Natcha holds a Master’s degree in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London, and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
