Nathalie prepares reports and advises a broad range of clients on navigating the regulatory and policy environment around the globe, as well as advocating before national authorities to coordinate market access. Nathalie participates in providing anticipative and secured solutions through her expertise in local regulations and field constraints.
Nathalie has several years’ of experience in the European and African market on issues dealing with ICT regulatory framework, market analysis, and market access. She has worked with well established companies, NGOs, and international organisations in Africa such as Orange, Air France, the World Bank, Speedcast, and Médecins Sans Frontières.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Nathalie worked for seven years in a law firm specialised in telecommunications law as Senior Legal Associate Counsel. She holds a Master’s degree in International and Economic Relations Law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise, as well as an LLM in International Law from Maine School of Law University. Nathalie works in English, French, and Spanish.
