Öykü holds an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics, achieved through the prestigious Jean Monnet scholarship. She earned a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University and completed an exchange at Hague University of Applied Sciences.
During her time as a journalist in Turkey, Öykü conducted interviews with creative industry professionals, gaining insights into various aspects of the field. She also interned at the TR Ministry of Treasury and Finance, where she made contributions to a national research. Öykü’s expertise revolves around digital policies, media policymaking, and advocacy.
