Baifern is an Analyst in the Geopolitical Advisory and Policy Advocacy team and is based in our Bangkok office. She provides political and regulatory analysis and strategic stakeholder engagements for clients across the transport, entertainment, and digital sectors.

Prior to this role, Baifern supported policy research focused on economic development. She engaged with the government and third-party stakeholders in various government projects at boutique consulting firms in Thailand and had experience facilitating capacity training for local SMEs.

Baifern holds a first-class honours Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University.
