Patricia serves as Access Partnership’s Head of Tech-Enabled Verticals, where she enables policies to power people and the planet.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Patricia was Vice President & Managing Director of C&M International, where she helped lead a team of over twenty policy professionals. Earlier in her career, Patricia held roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and J.P. Morgan.

Patricia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Tufts University. She also holds a degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and studied at Peking University. She serves as chair of the Americas Business Dialogue Health Working Group and is on the board of The Washington Ballet.
