Paula monitors the policy and regulatory landscape in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
She is a Brazilian qualified lawyer and holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and an LL.M degree from University College London. Before joining Access Partnership, she worked in law firms advising clients on litigation and arbitration matters relating to administrative law and infrastructure-sector disputes. She has extensive experience in public law and regulatory matters. Paula speaks English, French, and Portuguese.
