Rahim is an Analyst at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Malaysia office. He supports policy analysis and regulatory monitoring and assists clients in the healthcare, sustainability, tech, and tourism sectors in navigating Malaysia’s policy and regulatory environment. He also helps coordinate engagements with government stakeholders, focusing on key areas such as the digital economy, transport, personal data protection, and cloud services.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Rahim worked as an Analyst at the Bureau of International Affairs with the Academy of Sciences Malaysia, where he played a significant role in advancing Malaysia’s science diplomacy and enhancing its global scientific standing​.

Rahim holds a Master’s degree in Political Science with a specialisation in Public Administration and International Relations​.
