Ricky Sng is a seasoned IT professional with more than 24 years of experience, specialising in Professional Services, Customer Management, and Technical Support. His expertise lies in managing complex projects in Privileged Management, Zero Trust, Security, and automation services, particularly for clients in government, telecommunications, and financial services sectors.

Prior to Access Partnership, he worked as a Project Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan at a Multinational Corporation based in the region. Ricky led the management of client portfolios, ensuring the successful delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, Zero Trust frameworks, security services. His responsibilities included overseeing project outcomes, coordinating with Legal, Solutions Architects, Enterprise Account Management, Renewals, and Support teams, and optimising customer journeys through innovative practices. Prior to this he worked in another firm specialising in automation and Terraform delivery, as well as security systems such as CloudFlare. He has a developed a deep understanding of project delivery for telecommunications, such as submarine cable systems and satellite communication systems.

Ricky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heriot Watt University and a Diploma in Information Technology from Wigan & Leigh College, with training in the realm of AI, ML, and Fintech.

Ricky is fluent in both English and Chinese, including technical and domain specific terms, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders across APAC.
