Rory is an Analyst in Access Partnership’s Global Government Advisory team. He is focused primarily on EU digital policies, such as content, cloud, cybersecurity, and industrial tech. Prior to joining Access Partnership, he worked on digital policy at Political Intelligence and Seagate Technology.

Rory holds an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Groningen and a BA in History and Political Science from Trinity College Dublin. He speaks English and French fluently and is conversant in Irish, Spanish, and German.
