Rory is focused on EU digital policies, such as data, cloud, and cybersecurity. He recently completed a traineeship at the public affairs firm Political Intelligence, providing precise in-depth policy analysis and strategic advice for tech companies. He previously did a government affairs internship at Seagate Technology, helping the company navigate the changing policy landscape.
Rory has a Master’s degree in International Political Economy, specialising in European Digital Sovereignty. Prior to this, he studied History & Political Science at Trinity College Dublin. He speaks English and French fluently and is conversant in Irish, Spanish, German, and Italian.
