Meet Sam

Sam is Access Partnership’s Asia Pacific Client Services Director. Based in Singapore, he leads regional client engagement and works across practices to deliver integrated solutions for businesses, governments, and multilaterals navigating the intersection of technological innovation, regulation, and market dynamics.

With over two decades of experience in B2B commercial leadership and general management, Sam has expertise in building C-suite engagement platforms, delivering impactful thought leadership programmes, and scaling recurring revenue models. He has held senior roles at The Conference Board, where he served as Managing Director for Asia, and at The Economist Intelligence Unit, where he was Global Sales Director for the executive advisory business.

Sam holds an MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a BA in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds. He has lived and worked in Japan, China, and Singapore.
