Meet Serena

Serena supports the People and Culture Team as the EMEA & Americas HR Business Partner. She is responsible for fostering effective HR communication, building strong business partnerships, gathering employee feedback, analysing HR data, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring employees have a positive experience throughout their lifecyle, among other key roles.

Serena has a MSc in Human Resources and Employment Relations, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Prior to joining Access Partnership, she lived, worked, and studied in Rome, Milan, Madrid, and London. This provided her with a wide understanding of how influential cultural differences are from an international working perspective and helped her develop her interest in DEI.
