Before joining Access Partnership, Serena was a Marketing and Design Assistant at Tiger Recruitment. She has over a decade of experience in customer service and office support. Serena also spent two years flying around the world as Cabin Crew for Alitalia. She speaks English and Italian fluently, and has a Marketing and Communications Diploma from the University of Westminster.
