Simona’s main focus is on European Union policies, Brexit, and national capitals in Europe. She works to inform decision-makers and companies in the ICT sector worldwide on issues including data privacy, security, and Internet governance.

Simona has an extensive background in EU policy and foreign affairs, having worked as an Advisor and Chief of Staff for a Member of the European Parliament and as a lobbyist for various organisations. She holds a Master’s degree in EU International Relations and Diplomacy from the College of Europe in Bruges. Prior to that, she obtained a BA in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Simona works in English, French, and Lithuanian, and is proficient in Russian and German.
