Timothy “Tito” Torres is a national security expert with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of intelligence, technology, energy, and global geopolitics. As a Senior Advisor at Access Partnership, Tito specialises in navigating the complex policy, security, and economic landscapes that impact energy resilience, emerging technologies, and national defence strategies.

A former Special Operations Soldier and intelligence officer, Tito’s expertise spans interagency coordination, NATO engagements, and partnerships with theatre allies. He has led high-stakes negotiations in the areas of trade, security, and supply chain strategy, with a focus on enhancing strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors.

Tito’s work includes advising on critical minerals, energy security, and global economic statecraft, leveraging his deep knowledge of international relations and defence policy. Tito holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University.
