Meet Trey

Trey is a Senior Manager at Access Partnership, where he supports the firm’s global health and digital portfolios.

He serves as secretariat for numerous public-private partnerships in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) focused on women’s health and economic empowerment. These partnerships have led to the creation of several APEC publications, including the APEC Embracing Carers Policy Toolkit and APEC Smart Families Menu of Policy Options for Demographic Resilience. Trey also advises clients on the ethical and policy implications of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence.

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Trey served as an associate director at C&M International, a global government affairs and public policy firm, and as an analyst at Credit Suisse.

Trey graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and history, and a minor in philosophy, politics and economics.
