Tural is a spectrum management and frequency coordination engineer with nearly a decade of expertise in frequency and satellite filing coordination, assessment of coexistence among various satellite and terrestrial systems, and contributing to the work of regional and international bodies such as ITU, CEPT, and RCC.

Meet Tural

As Senior Engineering Manager, Tural provides technical and regulatory support to network operators and manufacturers. With nearly a decade of expertise in spectrum management and frequency coordination, Tural helps companies to manage and coordinate their GSO and NGSO satellite filings, expand their networks via accessing various markets in EMEA and Asia, and adeptly address challenging coexistence problems among satellite and terrestrial systems. He has also been contributing to the work of various regional and international bodies such as ITU, CEPT, and RCC on various satellite and terrestrial related Agenda Items.

Tural holds an MSc in Wireless communication and signal processing from the University of Bristol. Prior to joining Access Partnership, he worked as a spectrum and frequency coordination specialist for a satellite operator and as a spectrum and radio configuration engineer for an IoT service provider.
