Prior to joining Access Partnership, Xiaomeng worked in the IT industry with engineering projects in software engineering, testing automation and data analytics in companies including Visa and Mastercard. She has experience in policy research on cross-region technology policies, with various interdisciplinary project experiences combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Xiaomeng holds a BA in Computer Science with a minor in Artificial Intelligence from the Singapore University of Technology and Design. She has a master’s degree in Science Technology and Society from University College London, focusing on technology policy and regulation. Outside of work, Xiaomeng plays for an indie-rock band.

Xiaomeng is from China and is based in the Singapore office. She speaks English and Mandarin.
