Andrew Wiltshire is a senior healthcare and public policy advisor with extensive experience across government relations, market access, digital health policy and executive leadership in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia-Pacific region.
He most recently served as Head of Healthcare Public Policy for Asia Pacific at Amazon Web Services, where he led the development of digital health and cloud policy positions and advised senior leaders on healthcare policy, regulation and government engagement across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to AWS, Andrew spent more than 15 years at Medtronic, a Fortune 500 medical technology company, including as a Director of Medtronic Australasia and a member of regional and global leadership teams. His roles spanned market access, public affairs, reimbursement strategy and general management, with direct responsibility for major policy negotiations and industry advocacy initiatives shaping healthcare funding and regulatory frameworks.
Andrew has also served as a Non-Executive Director in digital health and as a board member of industry associations. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds an MBA.
