Chailyn has a keen interest in public policy and economics. Prior to joining Access Partnership, she worked with a political risk consultancy, covering key geopolitical developments across the region.
Chailyn is a Manager in the Economics Strategy team. Her experience spans a wide range of topics, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital skills, and mobility.
With expertise in economic impact studies and modelling, she has supported leading technology clients as well as multilateral organisations in evaluating the impact of products, policies, and initiatives.
Chailyn holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Politics, Law and Economics) and Bachelor of Science (Economics) from Singapore Management University.
