Vivi is a Consultant in the Space & Connectivity team at Access Partnership, where she supports clients on complex regulatory, licensing, and market access matters across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on the satellite and space sectors. Her experience spans satellite and earth station licensing and regulatory strategy across Europe, North America, South America, and the Pacific.
Before joining Access Partnership, Vivi worked as a Regulatory Associate for a Canadian satellite company. She worked extensively with regulators and government authorities, including ISED and the FCC, contributing to regulatory advocacy and government relations initiatives relating to space sustainability, spectrum allocation and sharing, and emerging satellite services.
Vivi holds an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from McGill University. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, and is currently learning French.
