Jennifer serves as a Principal Consultant and trusted advisor, where she leverages her clinical background as a registered nurse to enable healthcare organizations to navigate complex domestic and international regulatory frameworks. She drives patient engagement while ensuring strict alignment with federal policies like HIPAA privacy and security standards, US interoperability rules, and CMS quality-of-care metrics.
Prior to her current consulting role, Jennifer was Managing Director of Clinical Product Management at Dedalus Healthcare, NA, where she directed strategies to adapt European clinical intelligence software for the US market. Earlier in her career, she spent a decade at Get Real Health, a Trubridge Company, rising to Vice President of Product Management and Strategy, where she led patient engagement strategies and oversaw the modernization of their core digital health applications.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University . She serves as a committee member of the HIMSS Global Virtual Care Committee.
