Joe is a Director at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and heads our Bangkok office. He leads regional client service and has extensive experience advising companies in the technology, payments, FMCG, and tourism industries. His expertise lies in developing policy advocacy and engagement strategies, playing a central role in helping clients engage in partnerships with government and industry stakeholders.
Before joining Asia Group Advisors, Joe was a Program Coordinator at the New York Southeast Asia Network, bringing together public and private sector stakeholders to have informed discussions about the politics and policy of Southeast Asia.
Joe holds a master’s degree in political science, with a concentration in comparative politics from New York University, where he also obtained a bachelor’s degree with a double-major in Economics and Political Science.
