Roland is a Senior Associate at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Jakarta office. He specialises in advising clients on policy and regulatory strategies across key sectors such as sustainability, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), and international trade. His expertise lies in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and delivering strategic insights that support sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining AGA, Roland served as a Manager at New Zealand Trade and as an Associate at Business Sweden, where he played a pivotal role in helping international businesses expand into Indonesia. He designed market entry strategies, conducted business matching, and provided in-depth analysis of the local business environment and regulatory challenges, enabling numerous companies to successfully establish and grow their operations.
Roland holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration from the University of East London.
