Megan Rauscher is a Senior Manager at Access Partnership, based in Washington, DC, where she leads cross-cutting initiatives at the intersection of healthcare policy, financing, and market access. She brings 15 years of experience advancing public-private solutions that expand access to affordable health technologies across diverse markets. Her work spans the life sciences and global health sectors, with a focus on aligning policy environments, financing mechanisms, and supply chain strategies to support equitable access.

 

Prior to joining Access Partnership, Megan was a Senior Manager at ThinkWell, where she partnered with leading biopharmaceutical companies, development agencies, and governments to develop context-specific financing and access solutions. Her portfolio included advising on sustainable immunisation financing in Asia, building public-private purchasing partnerships in the Philippines, and supporting oncology access through the UICC’s ATOM Coalition. She also led market-shaping initiatives to increase fiscal space for health products in middle-income countries and advised clients on navigating pricing, reimbursement, and procurement dynamics. Previously, Megan served as Deputy Technical Director for the USD 9 billion USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program, overseeing strategies to improve last-mile availability of maternal and child health commodities. She worked closely with governments and procurement agents to design scalable solutions that addressed fragmentation and inefficiencies in supply chains.

 

Megan holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and a BA from the University of Oregon. She is enjoys working on projects that translate complex policy and financing challenges into actionable strategies that benefit both patients and industry stakeholders.
