Meghan focuses on global policy and regulatory issues encompassing AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital governance.


Meghan is our Policy Counsel, based in Access Partnership’s DC office.
Prior to Access Partnership, Meghan was a Privacy Consultant at Deloitte. In law school, she held positions at the US Department of Defense and the US Department of Justice. She also wrote for Slate about the long-term impacts of internet shutdowns and served as a 2020 LENS (Law, Ethics, and National Security) Scholar.
Prior to law school, Meghan worked in public diplomacy and politics in Washington, DC. She holds a BA in International Relations and Spanish from Syracuse University and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
