Michael is a Consultant on the Public Sector team at Access Partnership. He is passionate about the socio-political implications of emerging technologies, with a focus on how AI, digital media, and shifting geopolitical dynamics are reshaping industries and governance.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Michael led research and foresight initiatives at a corporate think tank, covering topics spanning AI, the future of work, and Southeast Asia’s space industry.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs (First Class Honours) from Yale-NUS College.
