Mosebetsi holds a Master of Science in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Politics and International Relations from the University of Pretoria. Her experience includes academic research on ocean geopolitics, mobile money cross-border payments in the African Continental Free Trade Area government, and the UN voting behaviour on human rights, ocean governance, and outer space. She has worked with governments and intergovernmental/multilateral organisations such as the UNDP Independent Evaluation Office, The Commonwealth Secretariat, and the International Telecommunication Office on issues spanning human rights, digital transformation, AI governance and public policy design.
