Nhung plays a key role in supporting clients across the ICT, digital services, e-commerce, and energy sectors. She delivers strategic policy analysis, regulatory risk assessments, stakeholder mapping, and government engagement strategies to help clients build meaningful relationships with key policymakers and regulatory authorities in Vietnam.


Nhung is an Analyst at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Hanoi office. She specialises in government relations and public policy with deep expertise in Vietnam’s regulatory landscape, particularly in the areas of technology, e-commerce, sustainability, and digital governance. She advises leading multinational companies on navigating complex and fast-evolving policy issues such as data protection, cybersecurity, cross-border data flows, and e-commerce compliance.
Prior to joining Asia Group Advisors, Nhung served as a research assistant at a prominent Vietnamese law firm, where she supported senior legal professionals on a range of policy and legal matters related to sustainable development, tourism regulation, digital economy, and ESG compliance. She also gained experience in international relations and foreign policy through her internship at the South China Sea Institute under the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, where she conducted research on Vietnam’s maritime policy and regional diplomacy.
Nhung graduated with distinction as the salutatorian, holding a bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
