Before joining Asia Group Advisors, she worked as an Office Manager at a law firm and as Executive Assistant to a Vice President, where she built strong expertise in operations. Her background spans finance, administration, and HR, with experience in both multinational corporations and legal service firms.
Pear holds a master’s degree in industrial and organisational psychology and a Bachelor’s in French from Thammasat University.
