Ratan Shrivastava is Managing Director for India at Access Partnership. With almost three decades of experience across government, consulting, and industry associations, he brings deep expertise in policy and tech strategy, public affairs, and corporate risk mitigation.
Before joining Access Partnership, Ratan led and expanded BowerGroupAsia’s India business, overseeing its incorporation as an Indian entity and establishing it as a go-to public policy firm. He has advised global and domestic clients on India’s policy and regulatory landscape, supporting investment across technology, fintech, banking, energy and agri-foods.
Previously, he held leadership roles at FICCI, where he founded the Space Industry Division, and at Ashok Leyland, where he led defence exports and co-led development of the PUMA Mk V Mine Proof Vehicle. A former Indian Army Lieutenant Colonel, he has contributed to key national and international policy platforms and serves on the Board of SIA-India.
