Richard is an experienced corporate development director with a broad skillset, gained through delivering a diverse range of transactions over the past two decades, including acquisitions, disposals, carve outs, equity investments, IPOs, and debt financing.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Richard led a buy and build strategy at another PE-backed business, completing 10 transactions across Europe in three years.
Richard is qualified as a chartered accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
