Roberta Sarno is the founder and director of D-Health Consulting, where she works at the intersection of policy, partnerships, and implementation to address complex healthcare challenges. She also serves as director of the APAC Liver Disease Alliance and the APAC Stroke Policy Alliance, two multi-stakeholder platforms established to support governments, clinicians, and partners in reducing the burden of liver disease and stroke across the Asia-Pacific region.

 

With a background in genetics and global health, Roberta brings 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating policy dialogues, building cross-sector collaborations, and translating evidence into actionable strategies.

 

She has led and supported high-level engagements with Ministries of Health, international organisations, and industry partners across multiple countries, contributing to the development of national and regional health strategies.

 

Roberta holds a PhD in Genetics and has completed executive education at INSEAD and Global Health Policy at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
