Deja is an Analyst at Asia Group Advisors, an Access Partnership company, and is based in our Jakarta office. She supports policy and regulatory analysis and facilitates multi-level stakeholder engagement for clients in the sustainability, FMCG, energy transition, and healthcare sectors.
Previously, she worked at McKinsey and Company in Indonesia and at Indonesia’s National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), where she provided support on Indonesia’s strategic programs such as New Capital City development plan and the Covid-19 mitigation strategies.
She studied International Relations at Universitas Padjadjaran and was a recipient of McKinsey and Company’s Young Leaders for Indonesia Award.
