Sarah has over 10 years’ experience as a digital regulatory and digital payments specialist.
Sarah is the Senior Policy Manager of the Global Government Advisory team. With over 10 years’ experience as a digital regulatory and digital payments specialist, she manages several multi-stakeholder, Indonesia- and ASEAN-focused engagements, such as the digital advisory work for the DFAT-funded PROSPERA joint venture (between Australia and Indonesia governments), the USAID-funded IGNITE programme developing an ASEAN Digital Integration Index (ADII) and E-Payments Readiness Index, and contributes to the ASEAN-AU Digital Trade Standards Initiative.
Sarah previously worked at the Ministry of Defense in Singapore, where she developed her expertise on both diplomatic and operational issues.
